[PowerToys] Keyboard Manager documentation missing anchor

The Settings for the Keyboard Manager PowerToy application includes a hyperlink to read more about the mapping limitations of the tool (under the Enable Keyboard Manager toggle):

In the source code the hyperlink is:

The aka.ms shortcut expands to:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/powertoys/keyboard-manager#keys-that-cannot-be-remapped

However, the #keys-that-cannot-be-remapped anchor is missing from the HTML, meaning the page is just displayed as if the user had navigated there without the internal link. I assume it once existed, but was accidentally removed at some point.

Please add an anchor to the start of the first Important box-out, which details which keys can't be remapped.
