Adding support for configuration of config maps tcp-services & udp-services

Hello there...

I'd like to add support for user configuration of config-maps tcp-services & udp-services to allow for forwarding of traffic other than 80 and 443. Would you accept a pull request?

Any comments on how you would like it to be implemented?
