"Type" drop down greyed out when creating Listener Profile

The subject pretty much states the issue. When trying to create a custom Listener Profile, the "Type" drop down is greyed out and says "Nothing selected". I need to be able to set this to HTTP like it says to in all instructions I've found for Covenant. What am I missing here?
