Updating the documentation at https://github.com/microsoft/CoseSignTool/blob/main/docs/AzureCTS.md, and the naming of the classes, env vars etc, would create clarity for end users. I am happy to take this on if there are no particular concerns about backwards compatibility, which I don't think there should be considering the service is in early preview. @JeromySt @elantiguamsft what do you think?
