Changing nuxt.config.ts while dev server is running causes loss of Nuxt instance due to @nuxtjs/i18n's generateTemplateNuxtI18nOptions

Hi there,

Since updating @nuxtjs/i18n to version 10.2.0 we are faced with the following error if we make a change to our nuxt.config.ts while the dev server is running:

The i18n config in our nuxt.config.ts file is as follows:

We have the following i18n.config.ts file in the ~/i18n folder

I have searched around but see no other mention of this error, leading me to believe it's not a bug, but something specific to our situation. Is there anyone who could help me with this? Thanks heaps!
