My test run is taking too long

Hi,

I'm converting all my Dusk tests into Pest Browser tests, but I'm seeing a problem where it seems to rebuild my application before every test. Hence, the test running time is too long, here is 1 example, a simple 1 assertion test took 109s to finish

Is there anyway that I can start the server manually and the test can just run on it? just like on Dusk. I decided to ditch Dusk because it runs sequentially and takes too much time, but this is not what I expected.
