Reason for request

I sequentially lost access to both:

First created my account with my adress dorian.kodelja@atos.net before my company was sold to schneider and my atos mails forwarded to dorian.kodelja@se.com. So i never bothered veryfing dorian.kodelja@se.com.
I also lost access to my 2fa app (phone stolen)
I still have access to my one time verification codes but the associated mail is redirected to dorian.kodelja@atos.net
(i still check the box 'I never generated or have lost access to the recovery codes for my account*' as it prevent me frim creating the issue and it is unclear what to do otherwise)
