Add "Open in isolation" action back into the toolbar #33251

I'm okay with the separate button, but I would prefer to add a keyboard shortcut for it and try that first. Like I've said earlier, people who use this feature regularly will remember the shortcut and just use that instead. Those who don't, will be sufficiently served with the current menu. I don't like the ArrowTopRightIcon for this. Neither do I like the current BugIcon for it. I much prefer the ShareAltIcon, but I could also live with the JumpToIcon. ShareAltIcon means "open in new tab" to me, which is exactly what this does. |

This is a core functionality for me using storybook and it's now behind a drop down menu requiring two clicks. Often I am debugging components and want to only view the component by itself. A keyboard shortcut is an improvement but for nearly 8 years I have pressed this button and it's now hidden away in a drop down. This requires two clicks for what previously required one click. |

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's common to want to view a story's preview in isolation. Given that fact, the design should accommodate by making the action omnipresent.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to add the action back into the toolbar along with some minor rearranging of buttons as shown:

I am open to copy suggestions. I wonder if "pop out preview/canvas" is better, but using the word "isolation" does add clarity to intent.
I would also like to keep a redundant action in the share menu as shown:

Are you able to assist to bring the feature to reality?

Additional context
